Privacy Policy

Last updated August 24, 2026

This policy explains what information Grimo AI collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Grimo AI is built around a simple idea: you say what needs doing, and it becomes a task, event or note — so we try to collect no more than that requires.

What we collect

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your conversations, tasks or notes to serve ads. Tasks, calendar events and notes are yours — they stay on your device and in your account, not shared with third parties for anything other than making the app function.

How your conversation is processed

To turn a sentence into a task, event or note, the text (and, in Voice Mode, a transcript of your speech) is sent for processing so Grimo can understand it and respond. This processing happens under a data processing agreement that restricts the data from being used to train models unrelated to providing you the service.

Data retention

Conversation history is kept so Grimo can maintain context across a session, and can be cleared from within the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your account data, including stored tasks, notes and conversation history, within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by reaching out through our Contact page. If you're in a region with specific data protection rights (such as the GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply to you in full.

Children's privacy

Grimo AI is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
